ENC In-Depth Podcast: Access To Funding I

This ENC In-Depth podcast is the third in a series of discussions which are part of the Beyond Erasmus Programme. The project is supported by Friedrich Naumann Foundation in Turkey and aims at promoting student mobility beyond the Erasmus+ framework, youth exchanges, internships, training courses, networking, access to funding for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and free market entrepreneurship and Civil Society Organizations (SCO), among other things.

The third discussion sheds light on the code of conduct for fundraising opportunities and examines existing EU – Turkey programmes such as COSME or Creative Europe and analyzes a number of key fundraising sources such as Government entities, major individual donors and annual campaigns among others.

The discussion was co-moderated by Gülçin Sinav, Program Director at the Friedrich Naumann Foundation in Turkey and Andreas Marazis, ENC Head of Research for Eastern Europe & Central Asia. It features the comments and insights of Emre Gür, Key Expert at EU Think Civil/Sivil Düşün Programme and CIFE representative in Turkey and Medeni Sungur, Founder of Kuest Media.

This ENC In-Depth podcast is the second in a series of discussions which are part of the Beyond Erasmus Programme. The project is supported by Friedrich Naumann Foundation in Turkey and focuses on education exchanges, civil society and employment opportunities for youth in the EU and Turkey.

The second session is dedicated to provide insights on CV writing, interview skills and personal brand building. The discussion revolves around tips and tricks on how to build a competitive CV that stands out, and how to promote yourself through storytelling exercises and much more.

The discussion was moderated by Andreas Marazis, ENC Head of Research for Eastern Europe & Central Asia, and features the comments and insights of Julie Vandermeulen, Head of Storytelling at Rise and Founder of Clarity Kit and Sven Gerst, PhD Student in Political Philosophy at the Department of Political Economy at King’s College London.

ENC In-Depth Podcast – After University: What now?

This ENC In-Depth podcast is the first in a series of discussions which are part of the Beyond Erasmus Programme. The project is supported by Friedrich Naumann Foundation in Turkey and focuses on education exchanges, civil society and employment opportunities for youth in the EU and Turkey.

The first session is dedicated to answering the question “After University: what now?” and aims to share experiences and stories about what it is like to work in different professions both in the EU and Turkey. The conversation focuses on employment opportunities and careers in civil society and journalism.

The discussion was moderated by Andreas Marazis, ENC Head of Research for Eastern Europe & Central Asia, and features the comments and insights of Ece Kocak, Communication Officer at the Truth Justice Memory Center, and Jack Parrock, Journalist Correspondent for Deutsche Welle.
